There are three. Ignite (€249) covers logo essentials. Elevate (€590) is a complete brand identity with a discovery call, 3 concepts, primary and secondary logo and icon, colour palette and fonts, a 6-page brand guide, business card design and 6 Instagram highlight covers. Dominate (from €1,290) adds a 90-minute positioning workshop, a review of 5 local competitors, 7 revisions, a brand pattern, a 12-page brand guide, brand story and tagline, and 30 days of launch support.

What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

A logo is the mark itself. A brand identity is the full system around it: colours, fonts, secondary logos, icons, patterns and rules for using them, usually in a brand guide. A logo gets you recognised; a brand identity makes every post, card, sign and web page look like the same premium business. My Elevate package (€590) is the complete brand identity.

How long does a logo design take?

Ignite logos are ready in 1 to 3 working days, Elevate brand identities in 3 to 7 working days and Dominate brands in 7 to 14 working days. Timelines exclude time spent waiting for your feedback, so quick replies mean a quicker finish.

How many logo concepts and revisions do I get?

Ignite includes 2 concepts and 2 revisions, Elevate 3 concepts and 3 revisions, and Dominate 3 concepts and 7 revisions. Extra revision rounds on single designs are €30 each.

Do I own my logo and the source files?

Yes. Every brand package includes editable source files that are yours forever, plus a full file kit in SVG, PNG and EPS. You can use your logo anywhere, with any printer or designer, without paying me again.

What file formats will I receive with my logo?

You receive SVG and EPS vector files for print and signage, PNG files with transparent backgrounds for web and social media, and colour, black and white versions of each logo. You also get the editable source files.

Can you redesign or refresh my existing logo?

Yes. If you want a new look, any brand package works as a rebrand. If you like your logo but the file is old, blurry or pixelated, my logo redraw service (€70) redraws it as a sharp vector file that prints perfectly at any size, from business cards to shop signs.

What is a brand guide and do I need one?

A brand guide is a short document that shows how to use your logo, colours and fonts so everything stays consistent, even when a printer, sign maker or new staff member creates something. Elevate includes a 6-page brand guide and Dominate a 12-page guide with pattern, tone of voice and real examples. If more than one person creates content for your business, you need one.

Which brand package suits a new beauty or aesthetics clinic?

The One-Page website (from €790) is one page designed to get bookings: a booking button, a contact form, Google Analytics, basic SEO and 3 months of care included. It is ready in 1 to 2 weeks and suits new businesses, single treatments, courses or campaigns.

What is included in the Business website?

The Business website (from €1,490) has up to 5 pages, your booking app connected (Fresha, Booksy, Calendly, Wix Bookings or similar), a prices page, your Google Business Profile linked, SEO basics, a 1-hour handover training and 3 months of care. It takes 2 to 4 weeks.

What is included in the Signature website?

One-Page or full website: which do I need?

Choose a One-Page website if you offer a few services, want to launch fast or need a page for one campaign or course. Choose a Business website if clients need to see several treatments, prices and an about page before booking. Choose Signature if you compete with premium clinics or salons and want a custom, high-end site with advanced SEO.

How long does it take to build a website?

One-Page websites take 1 to 2 weeks, Business websites 2 to 4 weeks and Signature websites 4 to 6 weeks. The timeline starts once I have your content and deposit, and excludes time waiting for your feedback.

Which platform do you build websites on?

I build on Wix Studio or with custom code, depending on the project. Wix Studio is ideal if you want to edit prices, photos and text yourself. Custom code suits businesses that want maximum speed and a fully bespoke build. I recommend the right option for your business before I start.

Can my website take online bookings and deposits?

Yes. I connect or build in your booking app, such as Fresha, Booksy, Calendly or Wix Bookings, so clients can book 24/7. I can also set up online payments and deposits with Stripe (€90) to reduce no-shows.

Do you do SEO in Dublin?

Every website includes SEO: basic SEO on One-Page, SEO basics on Business and advanced SEO and analytics on Signature. That covers page titles, descriptions, headings, fast loading, mobile design, Google Business Profile linking and local keywords so you show up for searches like your treatment plus your area. Google Business Profile setup and optimisation is also available on its own for €75.

Do you make websites that show up in ChatGPT and AI search?

Yes. I structure websites and FAQ pages so AI tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity can read and recommend your business: clear questions and answers, exact prices, location and structured data. Will my website work on mobile phones?

Yes. Every site is designed mobile first, because most clients find and book local businesses on their phone. I check every page on small and large phones as well as tablets and desktops.

Who owns my website, domain and hosting?

You do. Your domain, business email, hosting, Wix plan, booking app and any other tools are set up in your name and you pay the providers directly. If you ever leave, you keep everything.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. The Business and Signature websites include a 1-hour handover training so you can change prices, photos and text yourself. If you prefer not to, the Plus and Pro care plans include monthly edits done for you.

Do you redesign existing websites?

Yes. I redesign slow, outdated or hard-to-use websites into modern mobile-first sites that take bookings. The price follows the same packages as a new website, depending on the number of pages and features.

Do you set up business email with my own domain?

Yes. Business email for up to 3 mailboxes is €60, and each extra mailbox is €15. It is included in the Signature website and in the Launch Kit, Glow-Up and Boss Move bundles.

Website care plans

What is a website care plan?

A care plan keeps your website safe, updated and working after launch. Every website includes 3 months of the Plus plan free. After that you can choose Essential (€17 a month), Plus (€25 a month), Pro (€40 a month) or no plan at all.

What does each care plan include?

Essential (€17/month) covers security and software updates, a monthly backup, uptime monitoring and email support. Plus (€25/month) adds weekly backups, up to 30 minutes of edits a month and booking and contact form checks. Pro (€40/month) adds daily backups, up to 1 hour of edits, a monthly Google Business post, a monthly traffic and enquiries report, a quarterly speed and SEO check and priority support.

Can I cancel my care plan?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free. Domain and hosting fees are separate and paid directly to the providers.

Post focused or reel focused: which is better for my business?

Post focused plans suit businesses that want consistent, polished branded content with less time on camera. Reel focused plans suit businesses that want growth and reach, because reels are shown to new people far more than posts. If you are happy to speak on camera, reel focused plans usually bring more new clients.

Do you film content at my salon or clinic in Dublin?

Yes. Reel focused plans include a content day at your business, with travel and equipment included. I plan the shoot with a personal brief beforehand so the day is quick and relaxed.

Do you reply to comments and DMs?

Yes. How much does a price list or menu design cost?

A 1-page price list or menu is from €120, with each extra page €40. I design it so clients can scan your services quickly and it matches your brand on screen and in print.

Do you design digital consent forms for clinics?

Yes. A digital consent form is a fillable PDF that clients type and sign on a laptop, tablet or phone, from €180. It saves paper and keeps records tidy.

What business essentials do you design?

A set of 6 waiting-room TV slides showing your services and prices is €150, and each extra slide is €20. Six slides loop nicely on a reception screen and usually cover your main services, prices and a booking message.

Do you design certificates and training manuals for academies?

Yes. A certificate design is €70, training manuals are from €25 per page with a 10-page minimum, and a course launch kit (course logo, certificate, 1-page course flyer and a social launch set) is from €450.

Do you design packaging, merch, stickers and labels?

Yes. Totes, pouches, mugs and card designs start at €50, uniform print design at €60, stickers and labels at €65 and packaging boxes at €275.

What extras are available on single designs?

Rush delivery is +30%, an extra revision round €30, an editable file €50, a social media version of a print design €20 and a second language +40% (you supply the text).

How much does it cost to redraw a logo as a vector?

€70. I redraw your old or blurry logo as a sharp vector file, so it prints perfectly on cards, signs, uniforms and vans.

Shopfront sign design is from €190 and includes a mock-up on a photo of your shop, so you see exactly how it will look before anything is made. Illuminated or LED sign design is from €240.

Yes. The €120 strategy session and the €190 audit are credited back on any project over €500 booked within 14 days.

What is the pricing and menu makeover?

For €290 I rebuild your price list or menu so it is easier to choose from and earns more per client: clearer groups, a sensible price ladder, packages that bring clients back, and a 60-minute call to walk you through it. It suits businesses that are busy but not making more money.

What is included in a launch plan?

For €390 you get a 90-day plan for opening a business, adding a new service, a second location or a training academy: launch offers, a week-by-week timeline and the marketing steps to fill your diary from day one.

Do you offer monthly business consulting in Dublin?

Yes. Monthly consulting is €290 a month for a minimum of 3 months: 2 calls a month, WhatsApp support and a regular review of your offers, pricing, launches and numbers. Yes. I print and deliver anywhere in Ireland. Prices start at €30 for 250 business cards, €40 for 250 A5 flyers, €40 for 10 A3 posters and €140 for 500 folded leaflets (A4 folded to A5). Prices are final with no extra charges, and better paper or bigger quantities are priced on request.

Why are print finishes priced as a percentage?

Because the cost of a finish grows with the quantity. Gold foil on 100 cards costs far less than on 10,000, so finishes are added as a percentage of your print price: rounded corners +30%, recycled paper +15%, soft-touch velvet +25%, extra thick 600 gsm +30%, luxury textured paper +60%, spot UV +100% and silver, gold or rose gold foil +200%. You always see the full price before you pay.

How long does printing take?

You approve a final proof first, then your order is printed and ready in 5 to 7 working days. Print is paid in full upfront.

How much is delivery for printing?

Delivery is €15 per order anywhere in Ireland. It may differ for special requests, such as very large or urgent orders.

Do you offer luxury print finishes like gold foil?

Yes. I offer gold, silver or rose gold foil, spot UV gloss details, soft-touch velvet, luxury textured paper, extra thick 600 gsm card and rounded corners. Premium finishes are printed with specialist premium printers.

Can I print a design I already have?

Yes. Send me your print-ready file and I check it before printing. If your logo or file is low quality, a logo redraw (€70) or a quick redesign will make sure it prints sharp.

How much does an LED shop sign cost in Dublin?

An LED 3D logo sign, waterproof and made to measure, starts at €1,500 including design. The final price depends on size. LED signs are connected to the mains by a registered electrician, quoted separately.

Every sign is made to measure. After you approve the design and mock-up, I confirm the production and delivery time with your quote, then book the fitting date.

Sometimes. Some shopfront signs need planning permission, especially illuminated signs and signs on protected buildings or in conservation areas. Check with your local council before ordering, and I can advise on size and placement that keeps things simple.

Yes. Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook auto-replies are €60, automatic booking reminders and review requests are €90, and a newsletter sign-up with a welcome email in Mailchimp is from €120.

Do you offer training and launch posts?

Yes. A 1-hour handover training is €60 and a launch announcement set of 2 posts and 5 stories that tell your audience your new brand is live is €95.

What AI automations can you build for my business?

I always tell you these upfront.

What does the plus sign before a price mean?

A plus sign before a price, like +€790, means the price starts from that amount. The final price depends on your exact needs, and it is always agreed in writing before work starts.

How many revisions are included?

Single designs include 2 revision rounds. Brand packages include 2, 3 or 7 revisions depending on the package. Extra revision rounds are €30.

Do I own everything at the end of the project?

Yes. Logo files, source files, brand guides, templates, website, domain, email and every account are yours. I never hold your business hostage.
