Who is responsible for your data

What I collect
- What you type into the contact or brand check forms: name, email, business name, type of business, your Instagram or website, and your message.
- Nothing else. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party fonts or scripts.
Why I use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. The legal basis is your request (steps taken before entering a contract) and legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as Irish tax law requires.
Who else sees it
When you send the contact form, your details pass through Web3Forms, a form service that delivers them to my inbox by email and does not use them for anything else. My email provider (Proton) stores the message. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@goatbold.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
