Short version: you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, no hidden extras, and everything I make for you is yours once it is paid.

Who I am

Quotes and prices

  • Prices on this website are final prices, with no extra charges. Anything not listed gets a fixed quote in writing before work starts.
  • A project starts once you accept the written quote. The quote says what is included, the price, the timeline and how payment works.
  • Timelines exclude the time you take to send feedback, content or approvals.
  • Third-party costs (domain, hosting, Wix plan, booking apps, printing, ad spend) are paid by you, directly to the provider, unless the quote says otherwise.

Payments

  • Projects under €250 are paid in full to book. Over €250, a 50% deposit books your project and the balance is due before the final files are sent.
  • Instalments are available on the Glow-Up and Boss Move bundles, agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Monthly plans (social media, website care) are paid each month in advance. Website care plans can be cancelled anytime.
  • The €120 strategy session and €190 brand audit are credited back on any project over €500 booked within 14 days.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of concepts and revision rounds listed for it. Extra revision rounds on single designs are €30 each. Bigger changes to an agreed brief are quoted before I do them.

Your right to cancel

  • If you are buying as a consumer (not for a business), you can cancel within 14 days of accepting the quote, without giving a reason.
  • If you ask me to start work inside those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for the work already done.
  • Once a project is fully delivered at your request, the right to cancel ends.
  • For business clients, any payment for work already done or booked is not refundable, unless the quote says otherwise.
  • To cancel, send me a message on WhatsApp or email.

Who owns the work

  • Once paid in full, everything I design for you is yours: logo, source files, website content and designs. You can use them anywhere, with any printer or designer.
  • Your domain, business email, hosting, Wix plan and other tools are set up in your name. If you ever leave, you keep everything.
  • I may show the finished work in my portfolio and on social media, unless you ask me not to.

Your part

You make sure the text, photos and logos you send me are yours to use, and you check the final work (spelling, prices, details) before you approve it for print or launch.

Founding client offer

  • 20% off any service for founding clients, on projects booked by 30 November 2026, while spots in the current round are open.
  • Spots are limited by my capacity. The number shown on the site is the real number left in the current round.
  • One discount per project; it cannot be combined with other offers.

Liability

I do the work with reasonable care and skill. I am not responsible for results that depend on others, such as search rankings, ad platforms, social media reach or third-party apps going down. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Irish law.

Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If something goes wrong, message me first and we will sort it out.
